Guest Pick
Guests choose a product and design from a clear menu. No chaos at the table — just a tidy queue. Menus stay tight on purpose: three to five designs move a conference line twice as fast as an open catalog.

Today's lineup
A festival-style set list of what we press at your activation — pick the stages your crowd will line up for. One 10x10 booth runs a single stage; bigger programs stack two or three side by side. Each press clears about 60 pieces an hour with a two-person crew, and the whole rig runs on two standard 120V circuits — no generator, no special power drop.
Scan the flow
Guests choose a product and design from a clear menu. No chaos at the table — just a tidy queue. Menus stay tight on purpose: three to five designs move a conference line twice as fast as an open catalog.
The right transfer is aligned and staged. Operators handle the heat; guests stay safely on the other side.
Heat zones and timing are dialed in advance, then the piece hits the cool rack before anyone touches it.
Each finished item is checked and handed back — no pileup, no mix-ups, just a great-looking giveaway. At close you get a count of pieces pressed by design, a number that drops straight into the post-event recap.

Staffed stations start around $5,000 for Orange County, LA, and San Diego dates, with crew at $250 per hour and a flat $900 travel fee beyond Southern California. The number moves with event hours, guest count, product choice, and whether Merch Troop sources the blanks — and a real quote always includes setup, teardown, operators, equipment, and production prep.
A staffed press clears roughly 60 pieces an hour, and a two-press setup passes 100. The planning target is the line, not only the machine: product staging, art menus, guest names, and pickup flow decide how quickly the station feels.
Merch Troop is based in Southern California and regularly plans events in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, and nationwide programs with enough lead time.
